I created this combination of herbs as a sleep tonic for myself years ago. It worked so well I decided to start making it for others. I found I need the combination of Passion flower and California poppy. Passionflower is like the off button on a radio that keeps jumping from one station to another, giving your monkey mind a rest. The combination of these herbs also help relax and calm the body, promoting healthy restful sleep.  None of the herbs in this formula are habit forming or cause a ‘hung-over’ feeling the next day.
