FIDDLEHEAD KITCHEN will be providing box lunches, pick-up from 11am-2pm , the first day of the sale only, but you must sign up through their website and pay in advance. If you’ve ever experienced Fiddleheads Chef Sarah and Chef Marlee’s cooking, you know they’re both supreme culinary artists.
What’s in the box lunch – spring roll salads with the option of teriyaki pork or local mushrooms for $17. Its a rice noodle salad with fresh julianned veggies, green onion, cilantro, thai basil and mint, crispy shallots all tossed in a tangy soy sauce lime vinaigrette.

BLACKBROOK FARM will also be selling
– Grass-fed/grass finished beef – ground, steaks, roasts and bones
– Pastured and organically fed pork: ground, brats, hot dogs, pork chops, ham steaks and bacon
– Certified organic chicken and turkey cuts
– Bedding Plants: certified organic annual veggies and culinary herbs
